Asylum Records is a label within the Warner Music Group. We are a full-service, agency-like team, dedicated to building, branding and developing artist careers through the intersection of music and technology. All digital street team members will receive hands on experience in the music industry, working directly with full-time employees, artist and managers.

Looking for music junkies with a passion for promotions and marketing, to join our team as a paid Digital Street Team Rep! As a Digital Street Team Rep, you are responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and promotional plans across social media platforms
The right candidate is keen to new digital marketing and technology, highly creative, and extremely motivated.
As an Asylum Digital Street Team Rep, you’ll get to:
Be Creative
We give you the creative freedom to create online content and experiences that your demo engage with our current artist and form visibility,
Gain Real World Experience
Play an integral role in artist development for newly signed and up and coming artists. Utilize your connections and relationships to help break them within your social space through digital, promotional, and grassroots marketing efforts. Summarize outcomes, feedback and analytics through weekly and monthly reporting.
Expand Your Network
Correspond with digital marketing team and employees at Asylum Records through the execution of campaigns and artist-involved activations. Connect and collaborate with your fellow Reps across the country through weekly meetings and coordinated moments.
Be the Eyes and Ears of Asylum Records
Provide insights on the latest trends and music popular.
Requirements of Asylum Digital Street Team Reps:
- HUGE passion for music, pop culture, and social media.
- Strong social following and large network
- Professional attitude with great time management and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced role.
- Excellent written and communication skills and great attention to detail.
- Work well remotely/independently without direct supervision.
- Enjoy vlogging and posting about activities on Instagram.
- Understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and content that performs best on each platform.
- A public Instagram and TikTok profile (include handles on your resume).
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
- Promotional experience (radio promotions, brand ambassador, street team, etc.).
- Previous marketing and/or music internship experience.
