This individual will work on Product Management team to deliver cutting edge technology solutions to improve the mortgage loan process for our customers
Job Description
- Participates in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gathers business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
- Writes and communicates requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
- Works effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team
- Documents acceptance criteria
- Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
- Manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project
- Coordinates risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
- Participates in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
- Executes test script developed in design and implementation phases
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:
- 4 Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience
- Graduating between May 2019 - May 2021
- 1+ years of Agile experience or relevant courseworkÂ
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Highly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Data analysis experience a plus
- Knowledge of BI Tools a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence a plus
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, using sound judgment
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
