Senior Associate
The Senior Associate will be a key member of the Intersection team. Reporting to the firm’s Partners, you will have broad responsibilities and market exposure:
- Deliver first-rate executive recruiting execution: 1) develop search strategies, 2) conduct desktop research and source in the market, 3) engage, interview and assess world-class candidates; assist Partners in managing candidates and clients throughout the search process
- Support the firm’s co-founders in business development activities. Develop high-quality pitchbooks and other client collateral (market research, trends analysis, market sizing, etc) as needed, as well as attend new business meetings as a participating, valued member of the team
- Build intellectual capital; support the generation of engaging original content for thought-pieces and newsletters
- Develop a strong, trusted network among senior executives in fintech and attain a differentiated knowledge base; become an expert in emerging products, important trends and leaders in the space
- Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of search information in our candidate database and CRM

- A utility player with an unflappable personal style; we are a startup and you should be unafraid to get involved with all aspects of the business (e.g. hiring, events, social media etc) as needed
- Good humored and fun
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience with market-facing responsibilities; recruiting or financial services experience will be advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
This is a full-time position. While the founding team is based in the Bay Area, we are flexible on location and anticipate remaining remote-first.
