Furniture Showroom sales Assistance
This person will be responsible for supporting the sales team in selling high-end fabric, wall covering & furniture lines. As a part of the sales team, this person will follow up with i costumers , vendors , delivery companies and needs to give outstanding service to all accounts. will also follow up with costumer claims .

- Maintain visual standards, merchandising, marketing materials, hanging of new product, etc. in the showroom.
- Perform showroom maintenance responsibilities including sample maintenance and inventory, back room organization, and memo order requests for clients.
- Collect insight and feedback from clients to determine how we can improve their experience.
- Provide support for general showroom requests and products.
- Assist in targeted account outreach on new product and offerings through mailings, telephone calls, emails, social media, etc.
- Provide the best possible customer service while enhancing the offer the highest quality product and service in the luxury market.
