Pharmacy Intern
Responsibilities:
· Live and implement Lemonaid Health Guiding Principles on a daily basis
· WOW our patients and our team with your friendly can-do attitude.
· Work with our customer service teams in San Francisco, St. Louis, and remote to improve existing processes for how we WOW patients getting a delivery
· Work closely with our team of pharmacists to handle incoming prescription orders by managing data entry, filling, packaging, and shipping
· Recording medical histories while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
· Delivering quality customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, questions, or requests, and referring them to the pharmacist for medical information.
· Assist with answering calls, responding to patient messages, and inventory management (medicine stock, supplies, check expiration dates of medications on a regular basis)
· Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy by cleaning the shelves, floors, and overall maintaining an orderly, clean pharmacy
· Shifts will be 8-12 hours varying between 8am and 8pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays shifts will be required every other Saturday for 4-8 hours varying between 830am-430pm. Sundays we are closed but may be open in the future so it will be a requirement if we decide to begin opening. Shifts can change based on the needs of the business.
· Occasional evening mail drop offs at the post office and FEDEX.
