Package Pickup Attendant
Duties
The Package Pickup Attendant is a student federal work-study position intended to serve the residents on campus. Attendants will:
- Work a set schedule of 4-8 hours per week
- Verify user’s identity and log out packages as they are picked up
- Use the highest level of professionalism when addressing students, guests, or others who utilize the package pickup window
- Answer general questions from residents and visitors
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A UHSP student
- Awarded federal work-study
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work independently with strict attention to detail
- Ability to use good judgment and to exercise discretion
Compensation
Package Pickup Attendants will be paid a starting wage of $ 11.50 per hour.
Location
The Package Pickup Window is located on the first floor of the South Residence Hall. Hours of operation are:
- Monday-Friday: 11am- 7 pm
- Saturday: 11am- 3pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
