Internal Management Consulting (iCON) – Senior Consultant
As an iCON Senior Consultant you will be shaping and independently executing on key portions of strategic consulting engagements (module/work streams). In addition to identifying the problem to solve, generating hypotheses and testing them, and synthesizing insights, your role will also require you to highlight issues, propose options on how to address them, and develop pragmatic and actionable recommendations. The work will be collaborative, requiring professionalism in engagement of colleagues of various tenures, including senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Management Consulting areas OR
- Masters Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Analyst area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytics and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong leadership experience
- Experience working with C-Suite executives
- Results oriented
- Fluent in a foreign language, especially German, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Business Travel, as required (approx. 15%-30%)
- MBA
