Weekend Weather Anchor/MMJ | NPG of Idaho

NPG in Beautiful Idaho Falls / Pocatello/ Jackson WY is looking for an outgoing on air personality for weather and MMJ reporting. Strong on air live skills are required as is a curiosity to report on local issues in our communities.

The employee will be expected to perform live reporting in the field and bring enterprise story ideas to work every day.

Duties will includes gathering information, shooting video, writing and editing their own stories for the web, TV and social media formats. Other duties would also include to anchor and produce newscasts for the weekend.

Qualifications include the ability to communicate, strong writing, and organizational skills, videography, video editing and have a good on-camera presence.

A Bachelor degree in journalism, communication or related field is preferred.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a drug test and background check.
