Production Intern (In-Person Summer 2021)
The Ryan Seacrest Foundation (RSF) is a nonprofit organization that works to uplift the spirits of hospitalized children through multimedia broadcast centers in the best pediatric hospitals in the country. Seacrest Studios opened in July 2013 at Levine Children’s Hospital (LCH) in Charlotte, NC. Thanks to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, patients at Levine Children’s Hospital now have the ability to explore the creative realms of radio, television, and new media right from their hospital rooms. We are one of just a handful of children’s hospitals nationwide to have this resource available for our patients and families. It is our goal at Seacrest Studios at LCH to create happy memories for patients and their families during their hospital stay.
Make a child’s day while also learning about a once-in-a-lifetime internship opportunity at Ryan Seacrest Studios at Levine Children’s Hospital. Production interns aim to uplift patients and families through the creative realms of radio, television, and new media right from their hospital rooms. Come sing, dance, request songs, and be an on-air DJ as you participate in our studio programming that is broadcast to patient rooms via closed-circuit televisions so that all 200+ children and families can participate in the fun. Attendees will also learn valuable digital branding tips and tricks to land their dream job/internship.
**This is a 3-6 hour a week internship for a nonprofit organization that falls under our volunteer program. We are COVID-safe and compliant under the Fair Labor Standards Act. There is constant supervision from the Program Coordinators. Since this is an unpaid position, academic credit is available for this opportunity and lunch is provided for every shift.
