Internship Program
The T. Howard Foundation’s Internship Program is dedicated to improving the participation of diverse and underrepresented groups in the media and entertainment industry. This is accomplished by recruiting diverse and underrepresented college students from public and private academic institutions across the country.
In addition to a full-time paid summer internship, the Foundation’s comprehensive approach to diversity also provides talented interns with networking opportunities, professional development training, scholarships, mentors and much more!
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for the THF internship program, students must be:
- Currently a college sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student at an accredited 4-year U.S. college/university (must have completed 24 credit hours by December 1)
- A U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Available to work full-time from June – August (summer internship program only) and attend Summer Intern Orientation the last week of May
While the T. Howard Foundation is inclusive of all people, the Internship Program is intended to provide opportunities for diverse and underrepresented groups and underserved communities in the media and entertainment industry
