Junior Account Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-centric problem solver. You'll be working directly with MealPal restaurants to make sure they have a seamless partnership experience. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for responding to restaurant emails and phone inquiries and handling various operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
▪️ Communicate with our restaurant partners in a timely manner with high quality messages. This role will handle a high volume of email support on a daily basis, as well as some phone support.
▪️ Identify new ways to enhance the restaurant experience, as well as to streamline operational tasks.
▪️ Leverage real-time data to proactively reach out to restaurants and to provide feedback and recommendations to our partners.
Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of operations, marketing, or customer service experience
▪️Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
▪️Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
▪️Exceptional written skills and high EQ
