The Snow Agency is a growing digital marketing agency in need of an Email Marketing Coordinator for the Email & SMS Marketing Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the building, deployment, and testing of email marketing campaigns for various brands.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Submit & project manage creative briefs for all email marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the QA and deployment of all email & SMS campaigns from the time of the briefing to the time of deployment.
  • Proactively propose new A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance 
  • Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on email & SMS performance metrics, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue.
  • Perform list segmentation
  • Email list scrubbing 
  • Partner with the Email Marketing Manager to oversee the email marketing calendar
  • Work closely with the email team to execute on-brand email and SMS creatives
  • Leverage data-driven segmentation and personalization 
  • Improve email engagement through KPIs through regular A/B testing and automation
  • Monitor open rates and sending domain reputation
  • Look for opportunities to drive revenue through our email and SMS programs  
  • Weekly meetings with the Email Marketing Manager to discuss performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform other duties as designed 

Required Experience And


  • 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Must be comfortable moving at a fast pace 
  • Highly self-motivated, team player, reliable 
  • Experience using Email Service Providers (Klaviyo experience is a plus) 
  • Strong communication skills, grammar, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of best practices for email accessibility and deliverability.
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations.
  • Must have a love for email marketing
