You are:

·      Outgoing, independent, and ambitious

·      Analytical, industrial engineering / supply chain focused. Understanding of process improvement techniques

·      Open, transparent, and direct in your communications with outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively

·      At home in a start-up paced environment, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

·      Able to navigate through ambiguity by providing clarity and directions

·      Patient, with a good understanding of how to work with different types of people

·      Effective program/project management skills

·      Ability to process complicated and diverse sets of information in order to provide summary-level insights and recommendations

·      Confidence and willingness to take ownership over projects

Requirements:

·      Currently enrolled as a student, 0-3 years of relevant work experience in an accredited Bachelors program within the United States graduating after December 2021 or enrolled as a MBA student, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an accredited MBA program within the United States graduating after December 2021

·      0-2 years of experience in business operations or program/project management

·      Social media or content creation experience is a plus
