The iSolved Network is the fastest growing business within iSolved with over 125 Certified Network Partners across the United States and nearly 2 million end users. Network partners represent our company's most strategic set of accounts and are significant drivers of growth.
The Partner Enablement function within iSolved is responsible for the successful onboarding of new Certified Network Partners to the iSolved platform, consisting of discovery and requirements gathering, managing the process using a project planning tool, system level configurations, using a consultative approach in the setup and use of the platform, and guiding the partner on best practices maximizing value and their return on investment. Multiple projects in various stages of the life cycle are managed ensuring timelines are met based on partner expectations.
Partner Enablement Intern
As an intern within the Partner Enablement function, you will be a key contributor to the successful onboarding of our partners, adoption of our technology and will be responsible for the following:
- Key project work in the following areas:
- Process Design: As we continue to increase bookings, specifically in the Professional Employment Organization (PEO) market space, the evolution and deployment of the enablement process is critical to securing referenceable partners in this space. You will work in conjunction with Project Managers to update project plan requirements utilizing Smart Sheet, monitor the entire project plan process to make recommendations on improvements ensuring project deliverables are met, gathering data throughout the process to establish best practices, KPIs related to enablement timelines to provide proper expectations to new partners of their journey to iSolved and provide data to support the sales process.
- Continuous Improvement: As the enablement process continues to evolve, capturing feedback from partners that have gone through the process is imperative to ensure we continually strive toward providing a best in class experience for our partners. You will survey partners to gauge satisfaction of the entire process, whether training expectations were met, knowledge gaps if any, and general partner feedback to recommend and establish best practices moving forward.
- Knowledge Management: Capturing data related to our best practices, partner feedback on the enablement process and collaborating with the partner enablement team will be instrumental in driving the continued success of the enablement process. You will consolidate information related to our surveys and suggestions from other team members to create a knowledge base that can consist of FAQs, a playbook of the enablement process, partner transition to CRM (Net Suite), wiki pages that can be collaborative among team members to assist with the continued education of the team and to ultimately provide a positive onboarding experience for each partner.
