Project Coordinator: Internship

Job Description
Jascko Corporation, South Florida’s leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative, currently has an open position for a paid internship as a Project Coordinator. This position is a key position in the company as this person will have interactions with vendors, other employees, and customers. A good team attitude and strong work ethic is essential for this position. High levels of accuracy are to be maintained in day to day operations to always provide impeccable customer service to all of our customers.
 
Responsibilities to Include:
  • Coordination of bid calendar
  • Downloading of plans from customers websites
  • Uploading of plans to internal servers
  • Designation of bidding status and job assignment to sales department
  • Assistant to fulfillment department and project management
  • Communications with sales team and customers
  • Updating of information regarding bids and projects on shared access programs
 
Requirements:
  • Prominent command of computers and internet including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong work ethic
