Influencer Outreach and Community Management Coordinator

The Snow Agency is seeking an Influencer Outreach and Community Management Coordinator. You will be highly skilled in building and managing influencer relationships from macro to micro as well as their PR. They will help create a deck and pitch specific influencers to our clients. The perfect candidate will also lead in building and maintaining Facebook Groups for our clients. The job duties are as follows:

Influencer Outreach

  • Understanding UGC best practices and obtaining influencers to execute these practices on behalf of clients.
  • Find influencers for free (Free product from brand in exchange for free piece of content from influencer) or the lowest possible cost to fit the content goals of our in-house brands and clients. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to build a database/network of influencers and cultivate relationships with influencers in the agency’s network
  • Support the creative department and client(s) with influencer and celebrity outreach and follow up
  • Maintaining TSA’s influencer master list with accurate and up to date information
  • Identify relevant influencers for client campaigns
  • Draft, edit and proofread influencer materials including social media and script copy
  • Once influencer deal agreed upon, communicate to our in-house team to create the order for the influencer
  • Build a database (Google Sheets) of influencers, content makers etc that we can use for any product or brand
  • Understand what an influencer is worth and what determines true influence
  • Coordinate with creative strategists to develop content ideas
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Knowledge and understanding of new trends, technologies and influencers
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Once workload has intensified and bandwidth has been exhausted, manage Virtual Assistants to aid in cold outreach for new influencers/management of influencer orders (ensure they arrived, followed up with upon arrival, and retrieved final content from influencers)

Facebook/Instagram Page Management & Community Building

  • Assist in creation and delivery of social listening, and monitoring deliverables
  • Curate/manage content to be posted on all social media channels (primarily Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Etsy, etc)
  • Create content calendar for in-house brands & clients of The Snow Agency for content to be posted on social media for in-house brands & clients
  • Create Exclusive/Private Facebook Groups for clients and manage/moderate each community to have powerful engagement
  • Strategize and execute Group discussion topics
  • Establish Facebook Group Guidelines and ensure members are following guidelines/group rules
  • Provide a safe space for people to ask questions and offer support
  • Build relationships with your company and other members
  • Moderate FB Groups (delete posts that break rules)
  • Handling sensitive issues in private
  • Connect with people, content, and products outside of groups 
  • Demonstrated experience building communities in the social space, leading proactive and reactive communications through moderation.
  • Analyze metrics from content campaigns and social media ad activations, ensuring that ongoing and future efforts are optimized and ladder up to overall strategies
  • Strategize in the production of social influencer and organic social campaigns



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR or related field preferred but not required)
  • 1+ years Influencer Outreach experience required
  • Experience in outreach campaign strategies
  • Knowledge of social media marketing
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram
  • Wonderful verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with great time management skills
  • Outstanding project management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
