Job Description:
We are looking for Client Success Specialists to join our growing team in Westlake Village, California. As a Client Success Specialist, you will possess a deep understanding of our systems and work closely with clients to ensure that our system meets all their needs. You will be involved in every stage of the project life cycle, from initial assessment to implementation and product release. The ideal candidates are exceptional professionals who thrive at the intersection of client engagement and product development, have a strong interest in technology, have the work ethic necessary to get things done in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Work closely with clients to manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage all aspects of the client implementation process and project life cycle
  • Identify clients’ needs for their system
  • Coordinate with engineering team to customize system to address clients’ needs
  • Support system customizations such as importing preexisting client data, designing custom interfaces, modifying metrics and creating custom reports
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase system features and functionality
  • Train clients on how to use the system
  • Track and communicate client issues proactively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage multiple client implementations concurrently

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation related field preferred; 3.5 GPA or higher
  • 2 years of professional experience in the aviation industry preferred
  • Extremely customer focused and service-oriented
  • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, including experience in software development, databases, client engagement, and/or technical project management
  • Knowledgeable about implementation in SaaS environment
  • Must be reliable and flexible
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate complex information effectively
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
