Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle multiple consumer and client accounts while also managing their growth
- Train, mentor and coach fellow team members
- Improve productivity through solution-oriented thinking and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and creating a direct link between the consumer and brand
- Grow our clients consumer base through personalized interactions
- Manage events and ensure brand is being represented in a positive, professional way
- Prioritize between client and internal needs, improving efficiency and ensuring tasks are completed by a given deadline
- Communicate Phoenixs’ vision and philosophy effectively both externally and internally
- Handle other tasks as assigned
