Client Tech Support and User Testing Representative

***Must be located in Chicago or Austin (In-Person Position)

HARK Connect: Client Tech Support and User Testing Specialist

This position is great for someone with both soft and hard skills. It requires excellent customer service, communication, and tech support skills. Responsibilities include scheduling and operations of on-line focus groups, customer service, and troubleshooting, as well as conducting bug testing on the platform and UI/UX analysis.

  • User/UI or UX testing experience
  • Fluency/proficiency in additional languages
  • Flexible schedule for potential international projects
  • Tech support experience with software and/or hardware
  • Video editing and/or streaming software

40 hrs/wk $15.00 /hr
Permanent, FLSA Non-exempt
