Job Description :-
The Service Engineering Team ensures that serviced products meet customer specifications and quality goals. This requires working closely with key stakeholders and providing technical support at our partners facilities.
Role
- Run tests for functional/quality/ tech specifications which are predefined for different mobile phone models or devices
- Follow the predefined test procedures
- Collect the test results and consolidate insights and provide feedback to all stakeholders
- Maintain test log and manage the execution as per timelines
- Explain the defect to the ASPs and help resolve minor defects if any by retesting
- Drive efficiency and improve existing processes and capabilities
- Identify and timely flag operational issues to management and stakeholders
- Create and maintain SOP documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field(Computer Science/ Electronics/Electrical)
- 1 years Mobile Device testing experience (Android)
- Understanding of basic mobile phone terminology and functions
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting
- Ability to lead and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
- Be able to use Google office Sheets, Docs and Slides. Preferred Requirements
- Strong QA fundamentals with exp on Unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, regression testing, Stability testing
- Should have good knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing on Android based Smartphones
- Experience in Performance Testing scenarios such as camera performance, browser performance testing, power measurement
- Experience in Defect management
- Experience writing Test cases & Test plans.
