Program Coordinator - Innovation & Entrepreneurship
The Program Coordinator is trusted with spearheading a variety of administrative and program management tasks. This student will support the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Director and Fellow in planning and organizing year-round programs and activities coordinated and co-sponsored by the Initiative, as well as carry out various important operational duties within the Initiative on a regular basis. This student will work closely with the I&E Initiative's post-graduate Fellow and must be a detail-oriented, self-driven logistical guru with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship in the liberal arts. An ideal candidate will be driven by the mission of the Initiative to advance important and in-demand skills and experiences for students, alumni and faculty who wish to apply the liberal arts by thinking critically, engaging creatively with technology, working iteratively, taking smart risks, and prototyping tangible solutions to real-world issues.

Desired Skills:
- Proven experience as program coordinator or in relevant position (e.g. events or programs lead for a student organization)
- Knowledge of program management and event planning procedures
- Ability to work with diverse and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
Responsibilities:
- Supports planning and coordination of all I&E programs and related activities (e.g. info sessions, meetings with on- and off-campus collaborators)
- Builds and maintains positive relations with I&E team members and campus collaborators
- Schedules and organizes meetings/events, maintains agendas and serves as note-taker
- Creates and assesses pre- and post-event/program evaluations and suggests improvements to programs and procedures
- Keeps updated records and creates quarterly reports or proposals of Initiative's progress toward annual goals and metrics
- Supports Initiative's growth and program development
