Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, marketing, and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings with new and existing clients
  • Monitor calendars, schedules and deadlines
  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist with Marketing Projects
  • Draft client services and marketing letters, templates
  • Assist in creating workflow systems 
  • Perform other general office tasks
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and get things done 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service approach
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Bilingual 
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, a plus, but not required

Salary is based on experience.
