Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, marketing, and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings with new and existing clients
- Monitor calendars, schedules and deadlines
- Answer phone calls
- Assist with Marketing Projects
- Draft client services and marketing letters, templates
- Assist in creating workflow systems
- Perform other general office tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and get things done
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Bilingual
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, a plus, but not required
Salary is based on experience.
