Marketing Development Specialist-Retail Marketing

In this position you will be an integral part of the development and execution of our retail marketing plans to enhance Intel leadership and to support marketing and sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement retail marketing promotions for large format and/or small format retailers;
  • Lead retail assets (localizing HQ assets and creating PRC assets) and tools development (such as Intel Enterprise WeChat Platform) working with vendors and inhouse experts;
  • Work closely with retail marketing function teams and various internal stakeholder from local marketing strategy team and sales teams to HQ to drive efficiency and ensure alignment;
  • Assist in other outbound or inbound marketing activities.

Requirements:
  • Master and MBA degree in marketing, communications, sales or equivalent with 2+ years’ marketing related working experience (full time preferred), MNC preferred, including but not limited to retail marketing, retail sales, digital marketing, and training, etc.
  • Competent in grasping and understanding consumer behavior trends and generating creative ideas for retail promotions;
  • Strategic thinking and constructive communication skills;
  • Excellent English writing and speaking
  • Accountable, result-oriented, and focused
  • Desirable: expertise in new retail, diversified retail content creation, and coop with shopper-facing social platforms.
