Business Process Associate for 2021

Position Overview:

Citrix has experienced rapid growth in our Automation Center of Excellence, and we are looking to expand the team with new member who thrives on identifying and implementing business process improvement using latest technologies. In this role you will primarily support the Automation team by engaging in the implementation of process automations across the organization. You will be responsible for eliciting business, functional and technical requirements to define process simplification and automation. You will also be tasked with researching industry best practices to help deliver scalable and configurable solutions. You will be responsible to help drive process discussions with business subject matter experts and stakeholders in addition to documenting use cases, requirements, test scenarios and process flows.

Primary Responsibilities: 

•   Conduct and manage requirements gathering/process review sessions with business teams
•   Create, update, and maintain documentation for process improvements and automation
•   Work with subject matter experts and technical team members to develop process improvement and automation solutions for associated business process
•   Perform data gathering and root cause analysis in order to develop appropriate process changes
•   Develop test scenarios and training collateral in addition to participating in user acceptance testing
•   Support on-boarding of new automation technologies and use of existing technologies
•   Contribute to ensuring on-going automation operations are running per design and assisting with production support where needed

Basic Qualifications:

•   Requires broad theoretical job knowledge obtained through advanced education
•   Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

•   Proven leadership experience
•   Outstanding academic performance
•   Experience in interacting effectively with functional peer groups 
•   Strong communications and presentation skills 
•   Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as being a great team player 
•   Advanced analytical, problem definition and solving abilities
•   Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and other productivity tools
•   Must be responsive and deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency
