Micro-Intern: Diversity Data Analyst (IAP-Alumni Host)

Do you have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion? Blendoor does in-depth analysis of a company's existing diversity, equity and inclusion through a product called BlendScore. Think: Credit Karma for Diversity. We collect hundreds of data points for each company, provide a detailed score, AI-driven recommendations, and scorecard to optimize corporate people operations for more inclusive and equitable outcomes.

We need strong data analysts to help with BlendScore data collection and analysis. We are looking for an undergraduate or graduate students with proficiency with spreadsheets and some programming experience (Javascript, Django, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar). Don't worry if you are not proficient in all of those languages/frameworks; we just need candidates who can solve data analysis problems as efficiently as possible through whichever means they are most comfortable.
