Description
The COP Public Relations and Marketing intern will assist the Marketing Manager for College of the Pacific with maintaining the College’s social media presence, writing articles for the College blog, writing press releases and assisting with events.

• Public Relations, Social Media and news writing experience a plus
• Familiarity with Hootsuite, WordPress and Photoshop a plus
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position

Office Equipment Involved in Tasks Normally Assigned: Computer, tablet, digital photocopier and scanner
Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To:
• Overseeing and posting to College of the Pacific social media sites
• Conducting research and interviews to find information for COP press releases or publications
• Assisting with media and public relations for COP events
• Performing other duties as assigned
