Customer Support Rep - Phone and Email
We are looking for applicants who are comfortable assisting customers via calls, chats and email response, can work 20+ hours a week and understand different apps and technology. This project is assisting college students with accessing and renting their textbooks. The project has a tentative start date of August 10th with orientation (1.5 days) the week of August 3rd.
