Principal SIGINT ISR SME
ARA is looking for a dynamic candidate to coordinate, develop, and promulgate Air Force and National Security Agency Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) policies and capabilities enabling AF SCC TechSIGINT operations. Assist AFCO/ADO as organizational link between NSA and the Air Force for TechSIGINT revitalization efforts; champion AF needs and improve mission capability. TechSIGINT policy, collection, signals and intelligence analyses, and telecommunications systems in support of Air Force Cryptologic Office at Fort George G. Meade, MD. Provide policy analysis and guidance for Air Force TechSIGINT and Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) policies, strategies, and standards.
In the provision of cryptologic support, the contractor shall make use of knowledge/experience in DCGS, airborne SIGINT, and resource management as well as MAJCOM and NSA Multi-Int Intelligence. The contractor shall provide cryptologic subject matter expertise for the long-term, strategic planning of cryptologic tasks; interact with internal and external personnel to refine requirements for planning objectives associated with the development of cryptologic initiatives; and provide comprehensive reviews of detailed intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets.
This offer is contingent upon contract award and in certain cases approval of your qualifications for the position by the Prime contractor and the government agency.

Principal SIGINT ISR SME - Contingent Required Experience:
- Masters with 10+ years' experience, or BS with 18+ years' experience or AS with 22+ years' relevant experience
- Ten+ (10) years of airborne SIGINT experience
- Three (3) years of AF DCGS experience
- Additional desired experience includes previous resource management experience (CCP/USAF POM) as well as MAJCOM and NSA experience
