- Respectful: This includes our clients as well as the team - employees must be respectful and socially aware of their surroundings

- Able to work without constant supervision: If you like getting a task and seeing it to completion without constant supervision, you're the person we're looking for
- Dedicated to Quality: Quality can never suffer in this business; if completed work isn't to our standards of quality, it will need to be redone
- Eager to improve yourself and your capabilities: If you want to become a better and more capable person, grow within a trade and become more well-rounded in the industry as a whole, please apply.

Trade experience:

- Applicants MUST have experience in renovation-related woodworking, including trim work, framing, finishing, wood flooring, or similar experience. Additional trade experience in the home space, including, but not limited to, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or painting, is a plus but is not required.
