Email Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities and Duties
- Submit & project manage creative briefs for all email marketing campaigns
- Oversee the QA and deployment of all email & SMS campaigns from the time of the briefing to the time of deployment.
- Proactively propose new A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance
- Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on email & SMS performance metrics, analyzing results and identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue.
- Performing list segmentation
- Email scrubbing
- Partner with the email marketing manager to oversee the email marketing calendar
- Work closely with the email team to execute on-brand email and sms creatives
- Leverage data-driven segmentation and personalization
- Improve email engagement through KPIs through regular A/B testing and automation
- Monitor open rates and sending domain reputation
- Look for opportunities to drive revenue through our email and SMS programs
- Weekly meetings with the Email Marketing Manager to discuss performance and opportunities for improvement
- Perform other duties as designed
Required Experience And Education
- 1+ years of experience (e-commerce experience a plus)
- Highly self-motivated, team player, reliable
- Experience using Email Service Providers (Klaviyo experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, grammar, and attention to detail
- Understanding of best practices for email accessibility and deliverability.
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations.
- Must have a love for email marketing
