Coach Position

  1. Ability to Teach Fundamentals and Skills 
  2. Organize and Plan practice sessions 
  3. Teach rules and regulations of the sport 
  4. Detailed orientated  
  5. Have a growth mindset and a desire to learn
  6. Ability to establish rapport with student-athletes and be Personable
  7. Consideration of academic achievement of athletes
  8. Display Christian values, good sportsmanship, and leadership characteristics 
 
Desirable Personal Qualities 
  1. Born again Christian
  2. Consistent attendee of worship service
 
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for issuing, maintaining and collecting of equipment 
  2. Supervision of team members at all times 
 
Requirements: 
The coach should have complete knowledge of the sport. Previous coaching experience preferred. Be Familiar and have Knowledge with of Lindsay’s Law  
 
The Candidate must have or be willing to acquire: 
  1. Coaching Certificate 
  2. CPR Card 
  3. First Aid Card 
  4. NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching 
  5. Concussion in Sports
