Job Content
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Organize requirements and develop or compile business documentation pertaining to the requirements.
- Create functional specifications to meet documented requirements.
- Coordinate the appropriate business department with the technical teams to resolve issues.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high‐level information into details, abstract up from low‐level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed:
Functional requirements
- Write Business Requirements Document
- Use Cases
- GUI, Screen and Interface designs
- Utilize your experience in using enterprise‐wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Experience with web services, UML and XML is highly desired
- Familiarity with IoT concepts, IT infrastructure and Database Concepts.
- Experience with agile processes for software development is highly desired
- Experience with writing user stories in agile projects is highly desired
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality customer deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to capture customer requirements and develop a concept of operations based on customer's needs
