eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Inventive-Group in Mountain Home Idaho is looking for an in-House eCommerce Marketer who hates to lose and wants to dominate the competition by out-marketing them. We want someone who is excited about getting the most out of life, business, and the people they work with. The perfect applicant is someone who is passionate about outdoor products, really enjoys winning and will find personal satisfaction in seeing our online sales grow. We design, manufacture and distribute all our own products around the world. We are the Inventive-Group (1-Company 4-Brands): Fish Fighter Products, Razorback Offroad, In The Ditch Towing Products and Inventive Products. We have been in the same location for over 20 years. While you read this ad, we are building a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and moving in early 2021. We need to fill our roster with the brightest people we can. We feel that increasing our online presence is our key to increasing sales. Our current marketing department consist of Graphic designers, web developers and videographers. Job Details
·        Stay current with the online marketing environment and adapt our strategy to best serve the interests of our companies and to keep pace with the competition
·        Manage activities with Amazon, Walmart online, and our companies’ e-commerce websites
·        Promote products in online communities through Amazon, Walmart online, YouTube, e-mail marketing programs, or online advertising
·        Collaborate with vendor content developers to ensure our products advertise correctly on their websites
·        Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and online e-marketing initiatives to grow online sales of all our product lines
·        Collaborate with search engine shopping specialists to place marketing content in desired online locations
·        Measure and analyze Web site usage data to maximize search engine returns or refine customer interfaces
·        Collect and analyze Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click
·        Assist in setting up or optimizing analytics tools for tracking visitors' behaviors
·        Coordinate with developers to optimize Web site architecture, server configuration, or page construction for search engine consumption and optimal visibility.
·        Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement (Google Ads), affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media Web sites
·        Research the company’s core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys
·        Create, manage, or automate orders or invoices, using order management or invoicing software
·        Monitor daily online sales and discover ways to increase sales
·        Monitor Google Analytics and Google Ads as they relate to sales

Qualifications
·        Have a solid set of computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Typing and Internet skills)
·        Have a minimum of 2 Years’ professional experience with online sales or marketing or have a recent degree
·        Experience with Search Engine Optimization.
·        Marketing Degree, Business Degree, or Sales Management Degree is preferred but not required
·        Enjoy working in a group setting
·        Great attitude and desire for self-improvement
·        Enjoy working in a thriving team atmosphere (we really do mean TEAM)
·        Experience with selling online or Amazon
·        Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
·        Must be able to work at our location full time. We are not interested in having you work remotely.

Physical Requirements
·        Must be able to stand 20% of the work day
·        Must be able to lift 30 lbs
