The Global Leader Development Program (GLDP) is the BMW Group’s acclaimed international graduate program offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. It aims to attract, develop and retain tomorrow’s leaders. During their assignments, participants gain insight into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in:
Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, software engineering, electrical power engineering, chemical, computer science, information technology, mathematics;
Human Resource, finance and accounting, business;
Project management, logistics, supply chain management;
or related majors.
2. Business-fluent English (German an advantage). Readiness for an international career
