PR Internship - Summer 2021
Scratch Marketing + Media offers a paid PR internship unlike any other, with opportunities to put your PR skills to use while broadening your marketing skillset. Interns will have the opportunity to work directly on client projects and serve as integral members of client teams.

We’re a boutique agency with a rapidly expanding client base of dynamic startups, growth-oriented midsize technology companies and industry-leading Fortune 500 corporations.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate for this position will be:
- A junior, senior or graduate student pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in public relations or communication
- Interested in and excited to learn about cutting-edge technologies
- Exceptionally communicative and motivated to solve problems
- Comfortable working under deadlines
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with general PR principles and processes
- Experienced working in an agency environment (preferable but not required)
- Available 20-25 hours a week
Responsibilities
PR interns will be responsible for:
- Supporting the PR team in media and analyst relations
- Writing blog posts
- Proofreading work with a high degree of consistency and attention to detail
- Executing social media campaigns
- Researching top industry trends and news
- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams on internal and client-facing projects
