Physical Therapy Aide

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to pursue the aspirations that give their life meaning. This is the purpose of our organization; we hold ourselves accountable to this purpose every day, starting with ourselves and extending to the patients that trust us with their lives. Our work creating a thriving and rapidly growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice and our active presence in our local community are tangible proof of this purpose. We know WHY we come to work every day and we are looking for a highly motivated individual that is looking to be inspired; someone who believes what we believe!!

Our Core Values are as follows:
1.) Always give it your best
2.) Act passionately
3.) Help your team succeed
4.) Go above and beyond
5.) Be positive and have fun!
6.) Trust and be trustworthy
7.) Be clear and organized
8.) Always find a solution
9.) Hold yourself and others accountable

We want to find team members that can be a part of what we are building; we want more people with us that live by these values. If this sounds like you, if you want more than just a job, if you want to be part of something bigger, WE want YOU!

Our aides are self-motivated, very organized individuals with a college degree in a health-related field, and want to pursue a career as a physical therapist and learn a lot in preparation for physical therapy graduate school. Our aides are looking for full-time or part-time hours, and for a year commitment, and are flexible, adaptable, and able to work evenings until 730PM and some Saturdays.

Aide tasks include being involved in patient care, inventory, laundry, light office cleaning, and maintenance of clinical equipment. Assisting clinical staff with treatment space and equipment preparation involves direct work with clinicians, and will include observation and assistance of treatments being performed.

Compensation for the aide position sucks at $13/hour to start, but does include benefits if you're full- time. If you have the ability to be a "rock star" aide, learn your tasks well, and be friendly, professional, and an asset to the team, you will receive increased pay, increased responsibility, better tasks, and the ability to use us for references and recommendations.

Want to be considered? Send us your cover letter and resume and in the subject line put "Rock Star AIDE".
