Teen Programs Internship
THESE ROLES ARE FOR FORDHAM COLLEGE ROSE HILL AND FORDHAM COLLEGE LINCOLN CENTER STUDENTS ONLY
The Teen Programs Intern will work with the teen programs team on out-of-school time digital humanities Teen Programs at N-YHS and distance learning programs associated with the Tech Commons, a digital media lab for teens. They will also assist with the expansion of the use of the digital collection in Tech Commons programs. They will provide administrative support for all teen programs and the Tech Commons. The Education Intern will gain valuable experience learning how to develop and lead a digital humanities programs for teens in a museum environment, and also gain knowledge of remote Museum Education practice and technology skills.
Preferred qualifications include strong organization and task management skills, experience working on digital humanities projects or with digital collections, experience working with high school aged students and experience with technology including coding, game design, podcasts or 3D printing.
