This isn’t your typical 9 to 5 job. Private aviation requires motivation, dedication, high-energy and a 'can do' attitude.
This position requires:
·        Generating and retaining new sales leads.
·        Establish relationships with aircraft operators and brokers.
·        Receiving and quickly generating charter flight quotes and trip itineraries
·        Managing private jet charter from inquiry to post-flight follow up
·        Maintaining awareness of fleet movement/ weather/ Sporting Events and VIP Movements
·        Coordinating trips with relevant authorities such as Customs and Handling.
·        Flight follow to keep clients, ground transportation services and client families updated on departures and arrivals of flights.
·        At all times work towards solutions that meet our clients' needs to the greatest extent possible while at the same time driving profitable charter sales interest of FlyExclusive.
·        Must be able to work rotating weekends and evening shifts
