The Job
As Program Coordinator, you will manage logistics and facilitation of programs and be the point-person for independent contractors, volunteers and program recipients. You will participate in community outreach efforts, representing Music Forward at local community events and distributing organization and program materials. You will facilitate programs with groups of young people to support positive youth development. You will manage a volunteer program requiring networking, outreach and engagement with professionals to support youth programs. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as maintaining a contact list of contractors, volunteers and community leaders and tracking program data and collecting program evaluation materials. The Program Coordinator will report to the Program Manager.
