MBA Summer Intern, Global CAR T

BA/BS required; biologic science degree helpful, but not required. Must be currently enrolled in a full time MBA program.
 
Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
The MBA Intern, CAR T (ide-cel / bb2121) assists in the development and implementation of disease/product strategies and global marketing plans, leading segments of the projects as appropriate. The focus will be on the launch indication (4L+ RRMM).  Our goal is to build world leading brands through bold strategies.
 
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supporting our global launch lead with the launch plan and ex-US launch meeting; working with cross-functional global team, including medical affairs, global market access and other internal stakeholders.
Work closely with local marketing teams to enable effective communications of core disease and brand messages.
Assist in developing core documents and launch tools to support our affiliates as they prepare for launch.
Managing external agencies to ensure excellent execution of various marketing programs.
Serve as a core member of CAR T Global Commercial team.
Real time monitoring and evaluating competitive products and market place dynamics.
Responsible for coordinating various aspects of key conferences for example organizing global events, contributor to global congress team.
Support the global launch lead in gathering and synthesizing customer insights
Support other functional groups in the key market shaping activities.
 
Skills/Knowledge Required:
 
Skills/Knowledge required:
BA/BS required; biological science degree is preferred
Basic understanding of a) core marketing principles and their application to pharmaceutical products, b) the evolving market access landscape and the requirements for pricing and reimbursement.
Ability to interpret basic scientific and medical data across multiple assets and multiple diseases is essential.
Some experience of leading either matrix or functional teams would be an advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to travel
