Summer 2021 - Strategy Group Analyst
DIVISION:
The Securities Division (Sales and Trading) enables our clients to buy and sell financial products, raise funding and manage risk. We make markets and facilitate client transactions in fixed income, equity, currency and commodity products.
WHAT WE DO:
We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis.
Equities teams transact in stocks and other equity-related products, including convertible securities, options and futures. Their work includes financing, securities lending and other services for institutional investors.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Current sophomore in an undergraduate program
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and investment banking
- Self-starting, highly proactive person who demonstrates initiative and ownership and can work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments
- Ideal candidates for Sales and Trading are dynamic, quick-thinking self-starters who have a real passion for the markets.
- The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues from a diversity of backgrounds and experiences is crucial.
