Student Assistant
The University of South Carolina Alumni Association is looking to hire a student assistant beginning in spring 2020. The position will be working with the Alumni Engagement team.
Duties:
- Assist Alumni Engagement team with tasks assigned to include, but not limited to:
- Prepare for events, with opportunity to help plan event logistics
- Prepare fulfillment packages
- Assist with the student membership program
- Other duties as assigned on a weekly basis
- Opportunity to engage in special projects, such as:
- Content creation (social media, website, etc.)
- Benchmarking research
- Phone coverage for Alumni Association
- You will be trained to cover the front desk (on occasion)
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at the University of South Carolina.
- Be available to work throughout the week. Flexible schedule, 10 – 15 hours per week (with some evening events if available)
