The University of South Carolina Alumni Association is looking to hire a student assistant beginning in spring 2020. The position will be working with the Alumni Engagement team.

Duties:
  • Assist Alumni Engagement team with tasks assigned to include, but not limited to:
  • Prepare for events, with opportunity to help plan event logistics
  • Prepare fulfillment packages
  • Assist with the student membership program
  • Other duties as assigned on a weekly basis
  • Opportunity to engage in special projects, such as:
  • Content creation (social media, website, etc.)
  • Benchmarking research
  • Phone coverage for Alumni Association
  • You will be trained to cover the front desk (on occasion)

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled at the University of South Carolina.
  • Be available to work throughout the week. Flexible schedule, 10 – 15 hours per week (with some evening events if available)
