Overview
Ayco’s Coaching division provides superior one-on-one financial planning and education to a wide variety of clients in areas such as retirement, investing, budgeting, insurance, income taxes, and estate planning completely over the phone via prescheduled appointments and/or inbound calls.
We are currently seeking candidates with exceptional written and verbal communication skills from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Applicants who are considering a career change, re-launching their career, or are new to the workforce are also encouraged to apply. An Ayco Coach will demonstrate success by building relationships and motivating our clients to take action toward achieving their personal financial goals. Each Coach should possess an ownership mindset with a desire to continually develop and learn.

Training: Ayco has a best-in-class new hire training program, covering the technical and practical elements of the job. Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Coaching’s required training modules to learn the technical material related to each financial planning topic, how to analyze applicable strategies, and efficiently communicate concepts to clients
- Establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone by asking open-ended questions and using inclusive language; ultimately forming long-term relationships with our clients
- Commit to consistently improve the client experience by engaging and motivating them to accomplish their goals and overcome financial challenges
- Develop financial reports and analyses regarding retirement planning, education funding, risk management, and federal income tax using internal tools and software
- Adhere to industry and company-wide policies, procedures, and compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred (e.g. MBA or Masters, CFP, etc.)
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Minimum GPA 3.2
- FINRA Series 66, SIE, and Series 7 licenses required (or as a condition of employment after joining the firm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook
