Safety Intern/Co-op

Safety Intern or Co-op - the intern or co-op will assist the Safety Department and promote the health and safety of employees on the floor. The individual will work on various levels of the organization and report to the Safety Manager. 

Specific duties may include working on updating and reviewing various programs, i.e. Lockout/Tagout, line breaking, chemical system review and audits, and confined space. The person will also assist with hazard mapping activities, and actively participate in safety committee meetings.
