Field Station Assistant
Student will assist with the operation and maintenance of the University of Akron Field Station. Responsibilities include cleaning, mowing, filling bird feeders, light landscaping, occasional invasive species control, and assisting station educational activities. Other duties as needed. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be work-study qualified.
Must have own transportation to the worksite (4240 Ira Road, Akron OH).
5-15 hr/week (flexible)

All University of Akron student employees must meet the designated minimum standards as stated on the Student Employment Eligibility Chart. UA student employees must be 18 years or older at the time of their start date. Any approved remote work conducted by student employees MUST be performed within the state of Ohio.
