Our MBA Leadership Development Program is part of a succession planning initiative to develop future leaders for our businesses. The program offers a fast track to Senior Manager, Director and VP level Operational roles at one of our businesses or in a Strategic, Corporate role. You will have direct access to multiple leaders across the U.S. in our Manufacturing companies and/or in the corporate office.

The program will involve working in four 6-month rotational assignments at our various Manufacturing companies in Operational, Production or Engineering related roles or functions such as: Operations, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Materials Management, Procurement, Production or Engineering.

This opportunity will report directly to our Senior VP of Operations who will serve as a mentor to you during your 2-year rotational assignments. We value flexibility and high-achievers and we promise to keep you moving and learning our businesses. Your starting work location will be at one of our Manufacturing businesses in GA, IN, MI, OH, PA, TN, TX or other areas where we have Manufacturing plants. Your willingness to be flexible in terms of location is critical for this role.

This is a salaried position and will include housing at no cost during your 2-year rotational assignments.

·        Recent MBA or Master's degree from a top tiered business/engineering school with a focus on Operations, Production, Lean, Materials, Procurement, Business or Entrepreneurship. Preferably with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

·        A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and measurable achievements before or after your advanced degree; experience in Management or leadership roles is required

·        Skills: Lean, Operations, Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Engineering

·        Roles in leadership positions and/or teams in school and at work.

·        Personable people who have built strong and lasting relationships with others.

·        Flexibility with relocation - geographic area is the United States(GA, IN, MI, OH, PA, TN, TX).
