Junior Recruiter
Intelletec is on the lookout to hire, train, and develop a full-time Technical Recruiter to work in our LA office.
Intelletec is a fast-growing staffing agency who work with Technology Startups located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and London. Our team combines over 30 years experience and this role will work alongside our Head of Mobile to grow our mobile division across San Francisco, Los Angeles & New York markets.
You will get the opportunity to work with top tech talent, placing developers & engineers at some of the fastest growing startups around.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery into existing accounts, growing in time to a full 360 role working with new clients too
- Prospect and build relationships with Mobile hiring managers and talent across the US
- Develop and manage one’s recruitment strategies to build an effective pipeline of candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarise relevant experience and hard and soft skills
- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
- Oversee the hiring process from start to finish including: resume formatting assistance, coordination of interview times, as well as follow up on submittals, interview times, and feedback
