Job Description:
Human resources is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing recruits. You will work with executives to determine hiring needs, skill set requirements and headcount budgeting. Furthermore, you handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Human resources plan and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization, and foster a better work culture and environment.
Responsibilities:
- Structure full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer
- Create strategies to source top talents
- Use analytics and create evaluation processes to refine recruitment goals, methods and protocols
- Manage on-boarding process for new recruits
- Manage benefits, payroll and training
- Converse with colleagues on a regular basis, and mediate conflicts
- Plan company events to foster better culture
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in recruiting for engineers
- Extremely organized, driven, independent, reliable and ability to multi-task
- Great communicator and personable
- Bachelor's Degree and above
