Economic Analyst III

These positions analyze information concerning public utilities (gas, electric, telecommunications, water, and sewer) operating in Illinois. The analysis may include the review of information submitted by the utility, development of requests for additional information from the utility, performance of a field review, performance of research of accounting issues, development of cross-examination questions for witnesses, preparation of written testimony setting forth positions on accounting issues or proposed adjustments, presenting the prepared testimony in hearings, and assisting in the preparation of briefs.
