The VISTA Member’s charge is:

1. Raise awareness within the community around the opioid epidemic as well as issues related to alcohol and other substance use/misuse

2. Develop collaborative partnerships and opportunities to address substance use/misuse

3. Expand the capacity of WCDAC to address opioid and other substance use/misuse

4. Increase resources to combat opioid, alcohol, and other substance use/misuse
